What can I expect from Mind Games Art Alive?
Visit Mind Game: Art Alive! in Sydney and let reality twist at the edges. Explore over 10 immersive rooms and 60+ interactive exhibits by 17 visionary artists—rooms that shift, illusions that trick, and art that hums with light, sound, and motion. Wander through cosmic 3D dreamscapes, upside-down trains, and living art that breathes and changes before your eyes.
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at 154-160 Broadway Street, Chippendale, Levels 1 and 2, in Broadway, Sydney:
- 150m from City Road and Parramatta Road
- 4-minute walk from Broadway Shopping Centre
- 5-minute walk from Central Station
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 90 minutes
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You can purchase food at the nearby Broadway Shopping Centre and the surrounding shops.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at Broadway Shopping Centre, and 1hr-2hrs free parking is available outside on surrounding streets.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, feel free to take photos, record the experience, and share them.

Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, you may purchase tickets at the door. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App available on Google Play and the Apple App Store or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact groups@feverup.com to provide your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please note that the lift is temporarily out of service. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the box office and the carer will be allowed in for free.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Food and drinks are not permitted once you're in the experience, and lockers are available for the secure storage of personal items.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, one room will have strobe lights, which may affect people with epilepsy.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, feel free to ask the staff on site for directions.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us on 0406 295 555.
Is there an age requirement?
We recommend that visitors be at least 3 years old.
Gift Card
Where can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a Mind Games: Art Alive gift card directly through the Fever app or website.
What is the validity of the gift card?
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
What happens when the code is redeemed?
Redeeming the code will generate a voucher in the recipient’s account.
This voucher can then be applied during the purchase of tickets for any Mind Games: Art Alive session.
What do I receive after purchasing a gift card?
You will receive a confirmation email that includes:
- The gift card code
- Instructions on how to use it
- A printable version of the gift card, in case you want to give someone a physical copy
How do I use my voucher to book tickets?
- Once you’ve chosen your preferred date, time, and ticket type, click on “Get it”.
- Click on the “Voucher or Gift Card” box, enter your code, and select “Apply voucher”.
- The discount will be applied to your total amount. Tap “Pay Now” and you're all set.
- Your new ticket(s) will appear in the Tickets section of the app. You will also receive them via email.
From the Fever App
- Open the Fever app and log in to your account.
- Go to your Profile → Vouchers, tap Add voucher code, enter your code, and tap Confirm.
- The voucher will be added to your account and ready to use.
- Each voucher has its own specifications and expiration date, which you can check by tapping on it.
- Open the Mind Games: Art Alive! event in the app.
- Choose your date and time and tap Get it.
- On the next page, tap Apply voucher.
- Select your gift card voucher from the list and tap Apply voucher again.
- The discount will be applied to your total amount.
- Tap Pay Now and you're all set!
- Your new ticket(s) will appear in the Tickets section of the app. You will also receive them via email.
